We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label to ship it back to us.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Super Sprocket gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by ituey, llc. Returns we receive damaged because of inadequate packaging will be limited to a store credit.
